NLS Matrix Decoder
The NLS Matrix Decoder is a device that scans the electromagnetic waves emitted by the body. Depending on their condition and state of health, different organs will emit waves of different frequencies. This data is processed into images that offer another way to analyze how well different parts of the body are functioning, and whether they are contributing to illness or other adverse conditions. The NLS Matrix Decoder is also capable of other imaging techniques, including the ability to detect and analyze damaged and distressed body tissue.

German New Medicine
Proposed by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, German New Medicine theorizes that severe diseases, including cancer, are the result of sudden existential shocks with which a person has not psychologically coped. GNM postulates Five Biological Laws, which reinterpret the role of bacteria, fungi, and various symptoms and contributors of disease. These, according to GNM, are not harmful in themselves, but are rather behaviors that signal to us that something is wrong on a deeper level. The extent to which the behavior appears problematic is not so much a sign of the severity of a disease, but rather a sign of how underprepared the body was for the environmental shock with which it is dealing. A body that has been well-conditioned mentally, physically, and spiritually will not react as “problematically” to trauma and other intense stress factors. But a body whose conditioning made it unprepared for certain shocks (e.g. acrimonious divorce or a death in the family) can initiate a “biological program” that takes the form of what is conventionally described as a disease. Many of these shocks result in both conscious and unconscious trauma - unresolved conflicts that weaken us from the inside (we’ve all heard of “toxic” emotions at this point). Healing, therefore, is attributed by GNM to properly resolving such conflicts and initiating “biological programs” that lead the body towards recovery and health. GNM is a thought-provoking paradigm for those who are interested in preventing and treating disease with minimal medical intervention.
Far Infrared Sauna
In contrast to a classical sauna, which heats the air surrounding a person’s body through objects like hot rocks, a far infrared sauna applies heat directly to the body by exposing it to infrared light. It can be a more comfortable procedure, since the surrounding air is less hot, making it easier to breathe. It is also more efficient, as only 20% of the energy heats the air, while 80% heats the body. Ongoing medical research is producing evidence that far infrared sauna (and other forms of delivering far infrared radiation) can help normalize blood pressure, treat congestive heart failure, and relieve chronic pain and hypertension. As a cleansing procedure, it is also recommended in the treatment of environmentally-induced illnesses.
Hyperbaric Chamber
Hyperbaric chamber therapy is a medical treatment in which a person breathes 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber. The air pressure inside the chamber is higher than normal atmospheric pressure, which allows the lungs to absorb more oxygen and deliver it to the body’s tissues. The patient may be asked to wear a mask or hood to deliver oxygen. The treatment usually lasts for about 60-120 minutes, depending on the condition being treated.

Hyperbaric chamber therapy is used to treat a variety of medical conditions, including decompression sickness and carbon monoxide poisoning, in which it helps to drastically reduce the amount of nitrogen and carbon monoxide in the blood, respectively. It is also beneficial for healing certain types of wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, and a range of infections, including severe bacterial infections, osteomyelitis, and necrotizing soft tissue infections. For cancer patients, hyperbaric chamber therapy can help to reduce tissue damage and promote healing for those who have received radiation therapy.

Ozone Therapy
Ozone is a molecule made up of three oxygen atoms (O3). For over a century, its gas form has been studied as a potential disinfectant, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. There are ongoing studies into the role of this “supercharged oxygen” in the treatment of cancer, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses. By exposing the body to controlled and mild oxidative stress, ozone therapy can stimulate the immune and antioxidant systems, which studies have shown leading to improvement in symptoms for patients with fibromyalgia. In vitro and animal studies are also showing promising results for ozone therapy as an adjuvant - suppressing secondary tumor formation after initial treatment. Many spas currently offer ozone therapy, and it is worth consulting with your physician or attending health professional whether this is a good option for you.
RIFE Machine
The Rife machine, developed in the 1920s by American inventor Royal Raymond Rife, emits low electromagnetic energy waves. Rife believed that different illnesses have distinct energetic frequencies and can be targeted by specific energy waves using his machine. The treatment is administered with the patient standing on a pad, or holding plasma tubes in their hands. There is ongoing research into the efficacy of this method in supporting the treatment of cancer and other health conditions.
PEMF Machine
The Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Device (PEMF) produces pulses of magnetic fields through the body, and is designed to improve the functioning of cells. The therapy is founded on the idea that the functioning of the human body involves electrical impulses, which in the case of illness may be reduced. The PEMF is calibrated to restore the body to its appropriate electrical field and improve health outcomes.
Mistletoe Therapy
Mistletoe therapy, using injections of mistletoe extract, has been used and studied in Europe for years now as a complement to conventional treatments of cancer and chronic disease. Studies have produced evidence that it powerfully stimulates the immune system and can help patients better deal with the strain put on their bodies by chemotherapy. In alternative medicine, mistletoe therapy has been used as a primary as well as complementary treatment.
Grounding Therapy
Grounding (also known as earthing) therapy is premised on another important observation about modern life: our ancestors spent a lot more time in contact with the earth than we do. This included walking barefoot and spending more time touching the ground (e.g. while sleeping). According to proponents of grounding therapy, this contributed to a healthy interaction between the electrical current that powers our bodies and the earth’s electrical field. Now that we spend so much time indoors and wear mostly shoes with rubber souls, we are missing out on a lot of this interaction. Grounding therapy promotes spending time outdoors in direct physical contact with nature, as well as the use of devices such as “grounding mats,” which connect to an outlet in the home and provide a subtle electrical field to a person standing or lying down on them.
Rainbow Chakra Mat by Healthyline
The mat is designed to improve Chakra alignment, release tension, and support spiritual and healing practices. Its surface is coated with seven bands of gemstones, which become heated, releasing far infrared rays and negative ions. The gemstones also help achieve relief by impacting the body’s pressure points. Using the Rainbow Chakra Mat has a positive knock-on effect on therapies such as chiropractic and massage.
Acoustic and Music Therapy
While the practice of sound healing has been around seemingly as long as civilization, it has acquired fascinating new attributes over the course of the past century and a half. Advancements in brain imaging technology, such as electroencephalography (EEG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG), have revealed brain waves of particular frequencies that are associated with particular behavioral states, such as focus and sleep. They are labeled using the Greek letters Alpha, Delta, and so on.

Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, a practitioner in the field of sound healing, uses therapeutic soundscapes to stimulate particular cognitive states in listeners. They can be used for relaxation, concentration, and other performance-oriented and therapeutic purposes.

Michael Tyrell is a musician, author, and speaker who is known for his work on the healing power of music. He is the founder and president of Wholetones, Inc., a company that produces music designed to promote healing and wellness. Tyrell's ideas about music center around the concept of frequency and vibration. He believes that music has the power to affect us on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level, and that certain frequencies and rhythms can promote healing and well-being. In particular, Tyrell has focused on the use of frequencies derived from the ancient Solfeggio scale, which he believes have special healing properties.
Meditation
Meditation is a term encompassing an extremely wide range of cultural practices, including stationary variants such as mindful sitting or lying down and mobile ones such as walking, chanting, and numerous others. It can also be integrated into more intense physical exercise such as yoga. Meditation can calm the mind, help process difficult emotions, improve breathing technique and oxygenation, and produce other health benefits and supportive physical conditions.
Castor Oil Pack Heating Pad
This bedtime procedure is designed to promote gut health and improve sleep.

Apply a layer of organic castor oil to the stomach, cover with a patch of woolen cloth, and place a hot water bottle or heating pad on top. Ideally, use a glass bottle filled with hot water, as this is the least toxic option; however, this is tricky since the hot bottle can be a hazard. Rubber or plastic bottles work, but make sure to use a cozy or other cloth to avoid any transfer of toxins from the material. Another option is to use an electric heating pad.

The purpose of this procedure is to use heat from your heating device to relax the stomach and destress the body before sleep. Meanwhile, the castor oil is absorbed into the gut, stimulating digestion.
Stretches
Stretching can serve as a light form of exercise available to people who may struggle with heavier physical loads. It improves circulation, decreases risk of injury, helps joints achieve full range of motion, and has a positive effect on one’s ability to execute everyday tasks.
Forest Bathing
Known in Japan as shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing” or “taking in the forest atmosphere”), this practice emerged in the 1980s as a form of “ecotherapy.” Since then, research has shown that mindful interactions with nature have a positive effect on our health. Spending a couple of hours in the forest or other natural settings, alone or with a specialized guide, has been shown to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition to the benefits of varying levels of physical exercise, depending on how exactly one engages with the natural surroundings, forest bathing also exposes the body to beneficial air-borne essential oils (phytoncides). Studies have shown that forest bathing can increase the number and activity of natural killer (NK) cells. NK cells are called “natural killers” because they are able to recognize and kill cells that are abnormal or infected without the need for specific recognition or priming, unlike other immune cells that require prior exposure or activation to specific antigens. Research has shown that dysfunction or deficiency of NK cells is associated with an increased susceptibility to infections and cancers. Conversely, an increase in NK cell activity has been associated with improved immune function and better outcomes in cancer patients. Research is also ongoing into the effects of nature therapy on cardiovascular health, ADHD, as well as allergies and respiratory disease.
Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic hydrotherapy, also known as colon hydrotherapy, is a complementary therapy that involves the flushing of the colon (large intestine) with water, occasionally with additives such as liquid oxygen, in order to remove waste and toxins from the body. During a colonic hydrotherapy session, a therapist will insert a tube into the rectum and slowly pump water into the colon. The water will then be released along with any waste material that has accumulated in the colon. Colonic hydrotherapy has been shown to help to relieve constipation, fecal incontinence, and postoperative inflammation of the digestive tract.

The rationale for its more general health effects, such immune system and digestive support, comes from the theory of autointoxication. According to this theory, partially digested food and other particles can become lodged in the colon, decomposing and releasing toxins over time. Dating back thousands of years (it has been described in ancient Egyptian texts), the theory is accumulating a body of modern supporting evidence and being reformulated. For example, besides getting rid of lodged particles, washing out the colon improves the efficacy of other treatments, such as fiber supplementation.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems, particularly those involving the spine. Chiropractors use various manual techniques, such as spinal manipulation, to adjust the spine and improve joint mobility, thereby reducing pain and promoting overall health. Research has shown that chiropractic care can be effective at treating headaches, and more effective than medicine at treating low back and neck pain.

The central idea of chiropractic is that misalignments or subluxations of the spine can interfere with the proper function of the nervous system, which can lead to a variety of health problems. Manually adjusting the spine to correct these misalignments can restore proper nervous system function, leading to improved overall health and wellness. Improving nervous system function carries a wide range of benefits, including reduced inflammation, enhanced mobility and balance, better mental health and immune system function, as well as digestion.
Coffee Enema
The liver is the body’s primary means of detoxifying itself, but the modern lifestyle, with its environmental pollutants, food additives, and a host of other issues can overwhelm this organ. Toxins can therefore accumulate in the body, making it more susceptible to disease and making symptoms more acute. Coffee enemas, which consist of a solution made of filtered water and unroasted ground organic coffee, can be used to cleanse and fortify the liver. Unlike standard enemas, which are used to relieve constipation, coffee enemas aim to cleanse the liver. The idea is that caffeine present in coffee enemas should dilute congested bile, while theobromine and theophylline would cause the dilation of blood vessels and bile ducts, resulting in the immediate emptying of toxin-carrying bile from the liver into the gallbladder, into the small intestine, and finally into the bowel, from which it is excreted from the body.. The palmitates in coffee, particularly kahweol and cafestol, promote the activity of the key enzyme system glutathione S-transferase above the norm. This enzyme system is responsible for neutralizing free radicals, which are unstable molecules capable of causing cellular damage and destruction, leading to degenerative diseases and cancer. Glutathione S-transferase acts as a shuttle, trapping free radicals and handing them over to the glutathione molecule in the bile. Once absorbed into the bile, free radicals become bile solutes (dissolved matter) and can be eliminated from the body. Coffee enemas can help ensure that the liver can do its work efficiently and harmful toxins are swiftly disposed of, resulting in healthy cells that can function normally. Research into these processes is ongoing, motivated both by the popularity of coffee enemas and numerous successful cases reported by doctors.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic medical system that originated in China over 2,000 years ago. It is based on the belief that the body's vital energy, called Qi (pronounced “chee”), flows through channels or meridians in the body and that imbalances or blockages in this energy flow can lead to illness.

TCM includes a wide range of practices, such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, massage, and exercise (such as tai chi and qigong). TCM practitioners use a variety of techniques to diagnose and treat patients, including pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and observation of the body's physical symptoms.

Studies have shown that acupuncture may be effective in treating conditions such as chronic pain, migraines, and osteoarthritis. A review of 14 randomized controlled trials found that the herb Astragalus membranaceus, commonly used in TCM, may improve immune function in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Another study found that a combination of four common TCM herbs reduced the frequency and severity of hot flashes in menopausal women.

Tai chi is a type of movement-based exercise that is often used in TCM to improve balance, flexibility, and overall health. Studies have shown that tai chi may be effective in reducing the risk of falls in older adults, improving symptoms of osteoarthritis, and reducing stress and anxiety. One randomized controlled trial found that tai chi was as effective as physical therapy in improving knee osteoarthritis pain.
Professional Kinesiology Practice
Professional Kinesiology Practice (PKP) is a type of complementary therapy that uses muscle testing as a tool to identify and address imbalances in the body's energy systems. It combines principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, chiropractic, and other holistic health modalities to promote health and wellbeing.

During a PKP session, the practitioner uses muscle testing to assess the client's energy systems and identify areas of imbalance. Muscle testing involves asking the client to resist gentle pressure while the practitioner applies force to a specific muscle group. The response of the muscle can provide information about imbalances in the body's energy systems.

Once imbalances have been identified, the practitioner may use a variety of techniques to help restore balance and promote healing. These techniques can include acupressure, energy balancing, emotional stress release, and nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

PKP is used to address a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health concerns, including chronic pain, stress and anxiety, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and learning difficulties. It is often used as a complementary therapy alongside other forms of healthcare to support the body's natural healing processes.
Magnet Therapy
Magnet therapy, hailed as a non-invasive and natural healing method, revolves around the use of static magnetic fields for therapeutic purposes. The central theory posits that these magnetic fields can influence the body's own magnetic energy and electromagnetic processes, which are fundamental to cellular and physiological functioning.

One important benefit is enhanced blood circulation, a vital factor in promoting healing and reducing inflammation. A University of Virginia study has shown that magnets are able to impact microcirculation - the constriction and dilation of the body’s tiniest blood vessels. Improved circulation facilitates the efficient delivery of nutrients and oxygen to cells and the removal of waste products, thereby fostering better overall health.

There has been promising research into the pain-relieving properties of magnetic fields as well. Electromagnetic therapy (PEMF) is FDA-approved for certain conditions and shows potential in reducing musculoskeletal pain, osteoarthritis symptoms, and menstrual pain. Meanwhile, research on static magnets has shown pain reduction in conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome and jaw pain.

Magnet therapy is also believed to help in balancing the body's energy fields, or biofields, contributing to overall well-being. This is thought to aid in reducing stress, enhancing sleep quality, and boosting energy levels. Supporters of this therapy often highlight its holistic approach, emphasizing its potential to harmonize and rebalance the body's functions without the side effects often associated with conventional medicine.
